Incessant technology and full calendars have left most people with an ambient sense of weariness. This can easily translate into becoming spiritually complacent, especially in the summer months. The last twelve books of the Old Testament are the often-ignored minor prophets. They were originally directed to the people of God who had allowed their faith to slip into mere lifeless religious practice. As we read the colorful and vivid language of the prophets, it will rouse our souls like a cold bucket of ice water over the head!  Instead of letting this summer be a time of drifting, join us each week as we journey through an overlooked section of the Bible and get our hearts awakened to passionately follow Jesus again.
