Spiritual Formation
The Good News of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection has the power to transform our lives and the world. Through His Spirit, Jesus invites us into a relationship with God, but in the busyness of life, we often miss this reality and disconnect from true transformation. Jesus calls us to something deeper—a lasting change through apprenticeship to Him, known as "Spiritual Formation." Real transformation happens as we practice the way of Jesus together, for the world’s sake.
At NorthBridge, we’re building a framework for spiritual formation to equip us with the tools for authentic change in our relationship with God, others, and ourselves.

Partner with NorthBridge
We love to come alongside our NorthBridge family and encourage those who choose to actively engage in the mission and ministry of the local church through Partnership.The Bible calls followers of Jesus to live out their faith in community, serving together to advance God’s Kingdom. At NorthBridge, we use the term “partner” rather than “member” to reflect our shared commitment to pursuing the way of Jesus.
Our Partnership Class is a time to connect over breakfast, explore what it means to be a committed part of NorthBridge, walk through our statement of faith, and discover how we follow Jesus together.
Water Baptism
We love to come alongside our NorthBridge family and celebrate with those who decide to make the outward proclamation of their inward decision, through baptism.
The Bible teaches that every individual who puts his or her trust in Christ for salvation should be baptized. There are many biblical examples of this teaching. In the book of Acts we see numerous examples of people putting their faith in Christ and being baptized shortly thereafter.
Life Groups
Let's do life together!One of our values here at Northbridge Church is that NO ONE STANDS ALONE. This value can only be lived out in a loving community—one centered around the person of Jesus Christ, who is actively present with His people. Here at NorthBridge, we foster real and authentic connection with God and with others – young and old, married and single, parenting and not. In the context of this kind of community, we can be formed into the persons God created us to be.
Life Groups are a place for connection and spiritual growth. Whether you are just starting to ask serious spiritual questions or have followed Jesus for some time and wish to get a sense of connection with other people in our church, Life Group is a great step for you.
