My Spiritual Formation Plan

RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD – Psalm 42:1-2

A healthy spiritual life begins with honestly examining our connection with God. Noticing where we may hold back or struggle to trust Him allows His presence to work more fully in our hearts.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS

1. How would I describe my relationship with God, and in what ways is He inviting me to grow in trust and faith?

2. In what areas of my life do I find it difficult to surrender control to God, and how can I begin to trust Him more in these areas?

3. Which spiritual disciplines do I find challenging, and what are the reasons behind these struggles?

4. In what ways can I cultivate a more consistent prayer life, and how can I ensure it remains meaningful?

5. How can I deepen my understanding of God’s Word and apply it to my daily life?

REFLECTION + PRAYER

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES TO CONSIDER

  • Spend a few minutes each morning in prayer and Scripture, jotting down anything that feels meaningful. Review monthly to notice where God has been at work.
  • Choose one area that feels hard to release to God such as finances, health, or worry and commit to praying specifically each day. Share what you’re learning with a trusted friend or mentor.
