What We’re About
At NorthBridge, we believe that everyone is on a spiritual journey. Wherever you are on your journey, we want to help you to take new steps and draw closer to the God who loved us so much that He sent His only Son. The love that Jesus the Son has for you and me is so deep and so unshakable that it is described in the Bible as being like the committed love of a noble husband for his bride.
There are four key words that we often refer to here at NorthBridge. These words help shape what we do as a church on Sunday mornings, throughout the week, and in our community. They help define our mission and describe how we want to share the deep love of Jesus Christ with those around us.
- Reach – Boldly sharing the hope of Christ with our community.
- Inspire – Passionately calling out the next generation, inspiring and envisioning future leaders for God’s global mission.
- Multiply – Intentionally making disciples, leaders and churches.
- Transform – Changing our community in tangible ways so that all would experience the blessing of God and be drawn to Him.
Sunday Mornings – 9:00 am & 10:45 am Online & In-person Worship
Music at NorthBridge is a lot of fun, full of joy, and always about Jesus. God has blessed NorthBridge with talented musicians who love the Lord and serve his church through authentic worship and musical excellence. More than just entertainment, our music is part of the way in which we prepare our hearts and minds to hear the message and respond. Also, as part of our worship, we take communion and celebrate baptism together and give gifts to support God’s work at NorthBridge and around the world. All in all, the atmosphere is casual, reflective, and open to everyone.
At NorthBridge Church we believe a fully-formed view of God, self, and the world around us must be founded upon God’s Word, the bible. The sermons at NorthBridge are written and delivered with the goal of making the truths of scripture understandable, engaging, and applicable to our daily lives. Listen here.
Between our two services, from 10:15-10:45, we have a designated time called Common Grounds for people to meet and connect with one another over coffee and refreshments. One of the many blessings of being a part of a local church is the opportunity to fellowship with one another. We hope that people who are new to our church find a warm, friendly, and accepting culture at NorthBridge. Get involved at NorthBridge.
While our littlest kids stay in the nursery for the entire worship service, children ages PreK – Jr. High join the adults for the first part of our service. This is a great opportunity for you to have a rich time of worship with your whole family. Before the message starts, kids ages PreK – Jr. High are dismissed to their classes. Their teachers escort them to their classrooms where they are encouraged to engage in a lesson time specifically designed for their age group. Learn more about Stepping Stones.
