Mark is our Senior Pastor at NorthBridge Church. With a team of 40 people, he planted the church in 2001 and has been encouraged by the relationships with God and others that have developed since. He grew a heart for ministry when he was a teenager working at a Christian summer camp and went on to work as a youth pastor in the Pittsburgh area. Pastor Mark went to school to receive his Masters of Christian Education from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He serves on the board, and is the Regional Church Planting Director for Converge Mid America. Mark, his wife Michelle and their son Cody live in Antioch and he is a die-hard Cubs fan.
Lance is the Pastor of Family Ministries at NorthBridge Church. In this role he mentors our directors of youth and children’s ministries and hopes to serve the parents of our church to train them to be the primary faith-nurturers for their children. Lance has trained youth pastors and church planters for the past 13 years. We are very blessed to have Lance on our team. Lance and his wife Jean have four children, Joy, Jesse, Lisa, and Lianna and they live in Antioch.
Dawn is our Pastor of Group Life and Community Care. She has a heart for connecting the people of NorthBridge through small groups and Bible studies and deepening NorthBridge’s relationship with the community and surrounding area. She and her husband, Chris, served as pastors in the Salvation Army for 13 years before coming to NorthBridge. They now live in Lake Villa, with their three kids – Nick, Jonathan, and Megan.
Bill Yaccino is our newest staff addition and is the Pastor of Disciplemaking and Men’s Ministry. Bill brings over 25 years of full-time pastoral ministry to Northbridge. He has served in leadership positions in St. Charles (IL), Fresno (CA), Willow Creek Community Church in S. Barrington (IL), and most recently at Journey Church in La Mesa, CA (San Diego). Some of you may remember Bill here in Lake County when he served as the Executive Director of Christ Together (Catalyst), where he brought together over 75 churches to collaborate and partner to strengthen the local Church impact in our community.
Originally from Chicagoland, Bill is a graduate of Purdue University (B.S. Math/Computer Science); Creighton University (M.S. Computer Systems Mgt); and Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary (M.A. Theology). As a seasoned pastor, former Air Force officer and social entrepreneur, Bill brings a breath of experience to Northbridge. Bill has two young adult sons, Kylar and Colson who are both in college.

Brad is the Pastor of Family and Student Ministries at NorthBridge Church. Originally from North Carolina, he has spent the past 20 years serving in various ministry roles as a lead pastor, youth pastor, church planter, missionary, church consultant, and elder. Brad received his Bachelors of Music from Davidson College, then continued to receive his Masters of Theology in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. He enjoys developing leaders and ministry teams to unleash their potential, teaching the truths of Scripture, and helping families to live on mission. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife Lindsey, investing in their three children, and watching UNC Tarheel basketball.
Prior to joining the NorthBridge staff, Jean taught Bible class at an international school in Moscow, Russia where she and her family lived. Jean is experienced in curriculum writing, implementation, and evaluation and takes the lead on equipping and encouraging teachers and volunteers in Stepping Stones. The focus of her role is mostly on the non-Sunday morning portion of our children’s ministry. She encourages and equips parents to invest in the spiritual development of their kids through regular communications and teach seminars. She also leads all of the special events for our kids including Backyard Bible Adventures, Spectacular Sundays, Holiday programs and family events.
Kelly serves as Co-Director of Stepping Stones Children’s Ministries and primarily focuses everything involved to make the Sunday morning classes happen. This includes everything from recruiting and scheduling teachers to taking responsibility for our safety procedures and doing everything possible to make our Sunday morning classes a safe, joyful and Christ-centered learning environment. Kelly has four children of her own and enjoys spending time with each of them. She and her husband, Randy live in Trevor, WI.
Michelle grew up in Nigeria as the daughter of a missionary and a pastor, which infused her heart early with a love for people and God’s word. Michelle received her Bachelors in Communications and Journalism from Calvin College where she met and married her husband, Mark Albrecht. After earning a Master’s degree in Education from Duquesne University she taught 5thgrade for several years until their son, Cody was born. A year and a half after NorthBridge was planted she came on staff to help provide leadership to a growing team of musicians who wanted to see their God-given gifts be used to serve and encourage the local church. Over the past 10 years her passion to see young leaders be raised up to lead and engage a congregation through God-centered worship has continued to grow and remains the primary focus of her role at NorthBridge Church.
Samantha is a Ministry Assistant at NorthBridge Church. She received her Bachelors in Communication from Western Illinois University and has many years of office administration experience. Prior to working at NorthBridge, she supported multiple church leaders at Christ Church in Lake Forest. Samantha and her husband Ryan live in Antioch and enjoy puzzles, board games and anything outdoors.
Julie is a Ministry Assistant here at NorthBridge. In her role, Julie helps support the administrative needs of our various ministries and leaders. Julie and her husband Maurice have been a part of NorthBridge since 2016 and she serves at the Connection Center on Sunday mornings and women’s Group Life studies. Julie loves the outdoors, all things adventurous, and writing.
Tina serves as our Business Manager. She is responsible for the financial operations, human resources management, and facility management for church. Tina earned her Bachelors Degree from North Central College. She has previous experience with financial operations at a large church and 15 plus years of experience in human resources management. Tina serves in Front Line Ministries and Group Life. She lives in Antioch with her husband Randy and two children Emily & Andrew.
